Role Overview

Apply electrical engineering expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through technically rigorous training content, evaluations, and feedback. This remote contract role focuses on creating and reviewing instructional materials in your area of specialization. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality single-answer multiple-choice questions in electrical engineering.
• Develop clear explanations and detailed scoring rubrics aligned with instructional-design practices.
• Review AI-generated electrical engineering content for technical accuracy and educational value.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI performance using subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate asynchronously to improve question quality and maintain subject-matter standards.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally for varied audiences.
• Contribute to evolving workflows that improve the relevance and clarity of AI training data.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree, Master''s or PhD, in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Expertise in at least one of these areas: analog circuits, digital circuits, radio frequency, power electronics, or integrated circuits.
• Experience creating educational content, designing rubrics, or developing assessments is strongly valued.
• Teaching, tutoring, or learning-facilitation experience in electrical engineering is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity and instructional value.
• Ability to work independently, meet project milestones, and collaborate remotely through asynchronous tools.

Work Terms

• Remote independent-contractor engagement.
• Work is paid by qualifying completed task, and time required may vary based on experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of task submissions each week.
• Selected candidates are expected to begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.

Compensation

$60 to $80 per hour. Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications.
