Position Overview
The Kids Club Associate will greet members and guests and provide control of the Kids Club area. This position will provide assistance to members' children ranging in ages from 3 months to 12 years old and will require hands-on supervision. Additional responsibilities will include cleaning and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the Kids Club
• Personally checks each member's child/children into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
• Provides and assists new guests with information on adding childcare to a membership
• Answers phone in a professional and courteous manner and uses proper phone greeting techniques
• Cleans and maintains the Kids Club area

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to confidently supervise children in a busy environment
• CPR/First aid certificate is required within 30 days of hire
• Previous childcare experience preferred
