Migration Strategy: Lead transitions from legacy TIBCO workflows (BW 5.x/6.x, EMS) into modern MuleSoft instances. Governance & Security: Enforce development standards, CI/CD automation, and API security guidelines (OAuth, mTLS). Technical Leadership: Direct development teams through architectural reviews and complex troubleshooting. Technical Stack: Advanced knowledge of MuleSoft (CloudHub, API Manager) and TIBCO Suite (BusinessWorks, EMS). Architectures: Microservices, SOA, and pub/sub messaging.
