A great opportunity is available for a Dermatologist to join a patient-focused practice in Towson, MD . The physician will provide comprehensive dermatologic care, treating a broad range of skin conditions while performing a variety of common office-based procedures.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose dermatologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Perform shave removals, punch and excisional biopsies, cryosurgery, ED&C, and suture placement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Refer patients for surgery or specialty care when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and preventative skin health.
• Collaborate with other physicians and specialists.
• Stay current with advancements in dermatology and treatment options.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Active state medical license.
• Current DEA and DPS registration.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• EHR proficiency; NextGen experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
